Acting Director of Academic Technology
From September 2012 through August 2013 I servered as the acting director of Academic Technology at Ohio University. When the CIO asked me to take this one year appointment, I decided to take a break from teaching so I could learn about other aspects of the University, meet new people and develop new skills.
During my time in the appointment I attended weekly meetings with all of the directors of OIT and the CIO. I oversaw the daily operations and budget of Academic Technology, as well as participated in many of their faculty training workshops.
