AFTERNOON -
Participants arrive. Sam and Heather meet them at the airport and take them to the hotel.
6pm - Group dinner to plan the next few days
9pm - Student go out - model aquistion is a goal.

DEC 30 2017 - SATURDAY
9:00am - Sam picks up rental van
10:30am - breakfast area is closed
11:00am - Sam takes people to the grocery store
12:30pm - Models arrive at the hotel for pre-shoot meeting (team leads - please plan to attend)
2:00pm - Travel around the island in the van to look at possible locations for tomorrow's shoots and practice lighting setups.

DEC 31 2017 - SUNDAY
6:15am - Meet in the lobby of the hotel to goto our first photoshoot.
7:00am - 9:00am - The Fig Leaf Boutique Photoshoot
10:00am - 11:00am - Prop aquisition
11:00am - noon - Meet with Anika (Miss Cayman Island) for model aquisition conversation
1:00pm - Leave the hotel to goto photoshoot location
2:00pm - 5:00pm - The Fig Leaf Boutique photoshoot
5:00pm - 7:00pm - Rest, clean up, have dinner
7:00pm - unknown - New Years Celebration. Fireworks on the beach.

JAN 1 2018 - MONDAY
8:00am - 10:00am - Breakfast
10:00am - 11:00am - Grocery Store + Post processing begings
11:00am - 12:30pm - Halle, Grace and Sam scout location for tomorrow's shoot.
1:00 pm - Meet with model Jonathan Schutte. Model arrive at the hotel for pre-shoot meeting (team leads - please plan to attend)
2:00pm - Client meeting with Peripheral (ended up being a no-show - rescheduled for tomorrow at 9:00am)
3:00pm - 4:00pm - Students work on file management, post processing and posting content to Instagram and our blog.
4:00pm - 5:00pm - Meet with 3 models. Model arrive at the hotel for pre-shoot meeting (team leads - please plan to attend).
5:00pm - 7:00pm - Travel around the island in the van to look at possible locations for tomorrow's shoots.
7:00pm - 8:00pm - Dinner
9:00pm - 10:00pm - Planning meeting for tomorrow + help with post processing if needed.

JAN 2 2018 - TUESDAY
6:30am - Meet in front of the hotel to head to Unitus Photoshoot.
6:45am - Set up for shoot
7:45am - Models arrive
7:45 - 12 noon - Unitus photoshoot at Caymana Bay.
9:30pm - Grace and Sam leave for a client meeting with Peripheral
12:00 noon - 1:00pm - Lunch.
1:00pm - 5:00pm - Post-processing, making selects, sharing files, posting to the blog, relaxing on the beach and by the pool.
evening - Sam takes a few different groups to the store.

JAN 3 2018 - WEDNESDAY
8:00am - Breakfast
9:00am - 9:30am - Group meeting regarding digital asset management, scouting location for our last shoot and final details for tomorrow shoot.
9:30am - 1:00pm - One-on-one meetings with Sam to review file organization, making selects, and toning.
1:00pm - 2:00pm - Trip to the farmers market and grocery store.
2:00pm - 3:30pm - individual work and time to meet with Sam as needed.
3:30pm - 6:00pm - Scout location for our last shoot. Ohio Valley Running Company.
7:00pm - 8:00pm - Dinner
8:00pm - 9:00pm - Group meeting to finalize details for tomorrow's shoot.

JAN 4 2018 - THURSDAY
6:30am - Leave the hotel as a group
6:45am - Arrive at The Caribbean Club
7:00am - 10:00am Photo shoot for Peripheral
10:30am - 3:00pm - Post production, file management, post to the blog, upload to social media, prep for this next shoot. Sam and Grace location scout for the 4pm shoot.
4:00pm - 6:00pm - Peripheral photoshoot at Caymana Bay.
6:00pm - 8:00pm - Dinner with Miss Cayman and her sister.

JAN 5 2018 - FRIDAY
Morning - Breakfast, post processing work, prep for tomorrow's shoot. Sam and Isaac aquire a 1971 VW mini bus as a prop.
11:30am - Meet in the lobby to leave for our excursion.
12:00noon - 5:00pm - Tour the island. Visit blow holes, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park and Rum Point.
7:00pm - 9:00pm - Group dinner at Rackam's Waterfront Resturant

6:15am - Leave hotel for Ohio Valley Running Company photoshoot.
6:45am - 11:00am - OVRC photoshoot at Barkers National Park.
12:00noon - 5:00pm - Post processing (raining outside)

8:00am - 10:00am Breakfast
10:00am - 3:00pm Sam works one-on-one with students. Selects, toning, file management, blog posting, social media work (raining outside)
4:00pm - 9:00pm - Cookout at Heather Holt's house.

10:00am - 1:00pm Sam works one-on-one with students. Drone work, making selects, toning, file management, blog posting, social media work.
2:00pm - 6:00pm - Swimming with the stingrays, boating excursion.
7:00pm - 10pm - Farewell dinner at the Ritz-Carlton.
