Here are the timetables for the bus from Dublin to Letterkenny on 6/24/12 . Just follow this link and enter the time and date that you want to leave Dublin.
There are two bus stations in Dublin for Bus Eireann. One is in the center of Dublin (Busaras) and the second one is at the airport. At the airport, the bus stop is located outside of terminal 1. The bus number that you want is Bus #32 to Letterkenny.
